Bellefit Return Policy
● Due to Health & Hygiene Regulations and for everyone’s health and safety, we are prohibited from accepting returns on garments containing a crotch.● Customer may request a replacement product, or refund. The item must be in its original package and not worn.
● Customers may return any Bellefit product purchased from www.bellefit.com or www.amazon.com within (30) days from day of purchase.
● Refunds will not be issued if a return is made without an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization).
● All returns must be received by Bellefit within 14 days from the RMA number issuing date.
● There will be a 20% of purchase price restocking fee charged for all returns.
● Shipping charges are not refundable under any circumstances since the charges have already been spent to ship the item to you.
● Return shipping charge will be applied for refused packages.
● If the item is stretched, worn, washed or soiled the garment will not pass our quality control testing and a refund will not be given.
How do I return an item?
● Contact our Customer Service Center Monday to Friday from 9-5 EST at 800.213.7179 or 954.727.1899 to notify us of your return and obtain an RMA number. Please have your order number to expedite the process.● Ship the item to: Bellefit, Inc 304 Indian Trace Suite 216 Weston, FL 33326
● Please include a copy of your invoice or order confirmation email, write your RMA number on it and shortly describe the return reason.
● It is recommended that you use a traceable and insurable shipping method. All return shipping charges must be prepaid. Bellefit cannot accept C.O.D’s.
● Returns must be in new condition as originally shipped to you, Otherwise, 25% restocking fee will be applied.
● Bellefit accepts no responsibility for loss or damage to your item by carriers when they are sent back to us. You are responsible for all freight charges.
When will my refund be issued?
● Your refund will be applied within 48-72 hours after we have received your return pending it passes inspection with our quality control team.● It will take up to five business days for the refund to be applied once the return has been received.
● It will take 1 to 2 business cycles for the credit to appear on your statement depending upon statement cut-off timing.
● No refunds will be issued for returns without all the original packaging or if a return is made without an RMA number.
Bellefit Exchange Policy
● To exchange an item purchased from www.bellefit.com or www.amazon.com please place a new order online and return your original purchase with a copy of your invoice.● Customer may request an exchange. The item must be in its original package and not worn.
● You will be refunded the price you paid less shipping and/or 10% restocking fee if applicable once the item is received and it passes inspection with our quality control team.

Bellefit Defective Items Policy
● Please return the defective product and we will promptly ship you a replacement.● If you are returning a defective item and do not want a replacement, there will be a 10% processing fee applied to your return.
● Items returned as defective that are found not to be defective will incur a 20% restocking fee for the returned unit.
