I Have Had a Significant Weight Gain during My Pregnancy, What is My Best Option?
If this is your case then we recommend a Bellefit Bundle, which consists of 2 girdles, one larger for the initial stages of your recovery, and a smaller one after you have dropped one size in order to complete the childbirth recovery process.

When Should I Measure Myself?
We suggest that you measure any time after week 30. Some women choose to wait until the 36th week of their pregnancy.
When Should I purchase a Bundle?
Bellefit Bundles offer savings to women who have gained close to or more than 33 Lb during their pregnancy. Women in this category will require 2 sizes in order to receive continuous abdominal compression throughout the childbirth recovery process.
Some women choose bundles because they want the flexibility of having more than one style available to wear, and in many cases women also like to have a second girdle to use while washing. During weeks 1-3 after childbirth, the larger-sized girdle is used to provide immediate postpartum compression before going down one size to complete the recovery process.
Why is the Calculator Suggesting Two Sizes?
When close to or more than 33 Lb (15kgs, or 2.36 stone) are gained during pregnancy, we recommend going up one size for the initial stages of recovery. For this reason, some women will receive a sizing recommendation from the calculator that displays 2 sizes.
For example, your true measurements may put you at an X-Small size, but we’ll recommend “X-Small and Small” if you have gained close to or more than 33 Lb After some time, you will be able to drop down to the smaller size, but right when you are discharged from the hospital, one size up will be best for you.
When ordering a bundle of two sizes, always try the smaller girdle first to make sure the larger one is needed. If the smaller one fits too snug, then you can start wearing the larger girdle first for immediate postpartum support until you are ready to go down one size. If the small one fits just right, then you won’t need the larger size and you’ll be able to exchange it for an extra girdle or return it within 30 days unopened and unused for a full refund.
If you only wanted to order one, then we would recommend ordering the larger one recommended by the calculator so that you may benefit from the immediate postpartum support. The sooner you start wearing your Bellefit girdle, the sooner you will start seeing results. Why isn’t the Pull-up Girdle Available in Size XS?
Bellefit does not manufacture a size XS in the girdle Pull-up since the hip contour of an X-Small woman is bigger than the diameter of the girdle and it would stretch the fabric to the point of damage within just a few uses.
