  1. Grace

Sides keep slipping down. Very irritating. Otherwise good product

The good: this product really works. People comment that they can’t believe I gave birth six weeks ago. The bad: the sizing is very strange, and the corset’s uncomfortable. When I got to the point where the medium felt too loose to really be effective, the small was still painfully tight.

I ordered a medium measured myself and the size was too small. Next time I’ll know to order up a size !!!

  4. SP

I bought this product 2.5 months pp. I went for a size smaller than the recommended size since I was buying months after delivery and I had lost weight around the tummy. It was too tight. Get the recommended size.

  5. M Clements

I ordered the xs and wish I’d ordered a size up. Wearing it gets easier every week, but I’ve averaged wearing it a few hours once a week due to the tightness. I say order a size bigger than your pre preggo size. It does have great quality material and certainly does its intended job.

  6. A little uncomfortable

    Fit Somewhat Small

I loved the fit on my torso and onto my hips, however I HATED how it fit across my butt. I’m a person that generally wear thongs because I hate panty lines and I can’t wear this without getting pantylines and having my butt bulge. It makes me terribly self conscious and I can only wear it at home.

How to Wear

How to Wear your Bellefit Dual-Closure®

  • Unhook the front panel, close the inner tabs, zip the side zipper and hook the groin closure.
  • Sit down on the edge of your bed and step into the girdle one foot at a time.
  • Stand to pull it up as far as you can.
  • Lie on your back to fasten the vertical hook closure. Start with the bottom hook and work your way up.
  • Stand up, center the front panel and adjust until comfortable.

Directions

Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery.

Here’s why: Still present after childbirth for up to 6 months are hormones secreted during pregnancy. These hormones, Estrogen, progesterone and relaxin loosen the abdominal muscles, the pelvic structure and supporting ligaments and joints. Bellefit works together with your body’s natural process of recovery.
