Love this girdle! After I had my baby I tried a different brand and it helped some but left bulges where it came together and honestly couldn’t wear it under clothes without everyone knowing I had it on. This conceals nicely and has really helped to restore my body. The only thing that makes this uncomfortable are the wires on the side, they are only a few inches on each side that tend to make this uncomfortable for long periods of time. Other than that I’m completely happy with this purchase and would recommend to any new mom looking for some extra support (and slimming looks) to get one!

  4. Best out there, but not perfect

Love these girdles and how they hook at the crotch. The ones that only wrap around the stonch aggravate/cause prolapse when wrapped tightly. My 2 biggest issues with this are that this style doesn’t come in thong (baddd panty lines) and that the sizes aren’t based on torso length also. It helps to have the extender clasps, but not as good as a longer girdle for those with long torsos. Overall happy I purchased still!

    Fit Somewhat Small

I purchased this after a recommendation from a friend on flattening my tummy after my second natural birth. I ordered a medium and exchanged for a large due to the size. The large is still fitting tightly but I have definitely noticed a difference after wearing it. I would probably have opted for the zipper side closure option if I were to do it again and I may end up purchasing another. The material at the top tends to roll down a bit which becomes uncomfortable. I like the closure at the bottom – easy to use for bathroom breaks. Overall, a great product!

    Fit Fit as Expected

Got my first Bellefit Girdle Pull-Up at 2-months PP after baby #5. I haven’t suffered from diastasis recti, but I was looking for something to help me feel comfortable in my body as during the postpartum transition back to a more “normal” size. This is definitely working. It bothered my the first day or two, but as I’ve worn it more, it’s gotten better. I haven’t worn it overnight. I mostly wear it to help with the belly bulge.

The Medium fits me perfectly right now. I’m 5’6″ and normally a size 4, though usually an 8 after having a baby. I’m just about at a size 6 right now.

How to Wear

How to Wear your Bellefit Girdle Pull-Up

  • Sit down on the edge of your bed and step into the girdle one foot at a time.
  • Stand to pull it up as far as you can.
  • Center the front panel and adjust until comfortable.

Directions

Begin wearing after birth on the day that you are discharged from the hospital. It’s optimal to begin wearing Bellefit right after birth; however, you will still see results if you begin to wear your girdle at any time during the first 6 months after the delivery.

Here’s why: Still present after childbirth for up to 6 months are hormones secreted during pregnancy. These hormones, Estrogen, progesterone and relaxin loosen the abdominal muscles, the pelvic structure and supporting ligaments and joints. Bellefit works together with your body’s natural process of recovery.
