How Can I Check the Status of my Order?
When your order has shipped you will receive an email confirmation which will include a unique Tracking Number to track the status of your order. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from Bellefit this means that your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped.

What is Your Return Policy?
Bellefit 30 Day Return Policy
Products must be returned within 30 days of purchase date
Bellefit Returns must be only of products purchased from bellefit.com or via phone order from 888-894-2951
All returns will be inspected by Bellefit, Inc. prior to authorization.
Items returned must not be used, worn, modified, altered, perfumed, stained or washed.
All product tags must still be attached with packaging intact.
If the product you are returning was a gift and your return is approved, then Bellefit will refund the original purchaser.
Shipping and handling fees from your original purchase will not be refunded.
Customer is responsible for return shipping charges and choosing a mail carrier service. We recommend using a shipping method that provides you with a tracking number to ensure the delivery of your return to Bellefit.
Approved refunds are processed within 10-14 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse.
Any girdles returned worn or damaged will not pass Bellefit’s inspection process, will not be approved for refund/exchanges and will be returned to the original purchaser at customer’s expense.
