This was my first pregnancy and a friend of mine told me I had to buy a Bellefit Corset. I was a bit skeptical but knew it would be a process to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight and shape. So, I decided to try it out, hoping it was worth it.

From research and my midwife's advice, I knew that belly-binding would be part of my postpartum experience. The benefits that my Bellefit Dual-Closure corset brought to both my physical and emotional recovery were everything I could have hoped and more.

This was my fourth child and I had never tried anything like this Bellefit with the first three. I was teaching kickboxing after my third child (largest one at birth), and noticed I had a split in my abdominals. From reading your site, I found out more about that and how to fix it. That is why I decided to go with the dual closure. I was thankful I read the reviews, because I had the same experience of thinking it would not possibly fit right away, but with my husbands muscle power we got it on!

I originally bought Bellefit for to slim down in hopes of fitting into my pre-pregnancy clothes as quickly as possible. I did a lot of research of the many available postpartum girdles before deciding to purchase my Bellefit. I am so pleased with the Bellefit Girdle! I tried to get the corset on as soon as we got home from the hospital but I was still too big. After waiting a week I tried again and I was JUST able to fasten it all the way. After that there was no taking it off, except to sleep!

I was very skeptical about purchasing a Bellefit girdle. I was unsure that I could justify the cost. After knowing a c-section was most likely for my delivery and seeing what they give you in the hospital, I knew I needed something more than that flimsy wrap.
