Valerie’s Video Testimonial
We are always so impressed when we see your transformations and wanted to take a moment to share some of these stories with the mom community to help spread the word about the amazing benefits of Bellefit.
Valerie's Postpartum Recovery Story
Our Postpartum recovery story featured mom of triplets, Valerie T., gave birth to a trio of handsome baby boys earlier in 2013.
The level of change in the body of a woman who carries triplets can be quite challenging.
This is especially true during the postpartum recovery since it takes place simultaneously to a woman caring for her newborn, in Valerie's case, three newborns!
We caught up with the Super Mom of three as she shared her postpartum recovery story of her Bellefit postpartum girdle and how it facilitated her recovery.
This was my first pregnancy and to my surprise, it was triplet baby boys!
Valerie’s doctors recommended she gain a lot of weight to give her babies a chance and to keep them in their safe little nest for as long as possible.
"I gained a total of 100 pounds during pregnancy and knew that I would need some help for recovery after childbirth."
I had a full term pregnancy of 36 weeks and 2 days, which is standard for triplets.
"My boys were born between 4-6 pounds each and were delivered via c-section" shares Valerie.
Other Results using Bellefit Postpartum Girdles
“I never spend money on stuff like this, but a friend of mine whom recently had a c-section told me about Bellefit and how much it helped her.”
I had also heard from my friends that hospitals just don’t give you enough aide with compression after c-sections….they just patch up your incision and have those velcro wraps that slide off and hurt.” said the first time mom of three.
“After hearing these things, I went online and bought a Bellefit corset on a whim.”
had a great level of support from Bellefit that she found nothing short of amazing. “I began wearing it the week I gave birth to my triplets and felt a huge relief on my back as soon as I put it on. It stabilized me and gave me much needed support near my c-section incision.” “I feel like my Bellefit accelerated the healing process and the fact that I was walking around and out and about so soon was amazing to me,” says Valerie. ”With triplet babies to care of, having that support on my core postpartum was a huge relief.”
Aside from the medical benefits, Bellefit helps women get back in shape and into their pre-pregnancy clothing faster. Valerie talks about what Bellefit did for her: “My pre-pregnancy jean size and goal after birth was size 8. After gaining 100 pounds, I never thought I’d get back to my shape again. So I wore my Bellefit Corset in Size Large for 2 months and then got the Pull up in Medium which I wore for about a month and a half. After 5-6 months, I am now size 8-10, almost back to my pre-pregnancy size” shares the happy mama.
In this success story, Valerie — our postpartum recovery featured mom of triplets — found Bellefit to be extremely beneficial to her recovery.
“Bellefit worked, I wore mine mostly during the day for a total of almost 4 months and it made a difference. I no longer need to wear it because I got the results I was looking for.”
“I have recommended it to all my friends and I made sure that all of my sisters–who also had c-sections–got their Bellefits as well.” Valerie just could not say enough great things about her experience with the Bellefit postpartum recovery garments: “Bellefit is an unbelievable product! If you’re expecting 1, 2, 3, or whatever amount of babies, I cant imagine what it does for women who are having one baby, because it worked miracles for me and I had triplets, they were big boys, and I’d gained a ton of weight. I never thought I’d go back to my pre-pregnancy shape, specially in under a year!”.
“This product is great if you’re just checking it out, try it out!”
What is a Postpartum Girdle?
Having a Second Baby Soon After Your First One
You have a happy little family of three and your toddler is making things easier as he or she becomes more and more independent. Even more exciting is the fact that you are starting to get back in shape and feeling like yourself again. Then suddenly you wake up one day with annoying heartburn and brushing your teeth makes you gag a little bit.
Without a shadow of a doubt you look at yourself in the mirror and you just know you must be pregnant! How joyful to be bringing in a second baby into your family, but is it too soon?
Many families experience a similar growth when moms become pregnant soon after their first baby is born. On a positive note, although it can be somewhat challenging, it is totally doable. Look on the bright side, you most likely still have all the baby stuff you used for your first baby, so buying too many things wont be absolutely necessary.
Big Brother caressing moms belly with her second baby
You are also fresh in the knowledge of baby care since you have only recently gone through it, so you will be quite the pro when your second baby is born.
And also think about how cool it will be for your first child to have a sibling to play with, they will grow up being close in age and create a bond that will last a lifetime.
Help your toddler understand what is happening by reading them books about the subject, you can also bring them with you to all of your Doctor and ultrasound appointments, and last but not least, you can talk to them about it.
Make this pregnancy a family experience with your toddler so they will be excited to expect a sibling.

Last but not least, take care of yourself. Keep in mind that having two consecutive pregnancies close together puts a more intense strain on your body.
Be sure to maintain
a healthy diet
get enough rest whenever it’s possible
consider wearing a postpartum recovery garment to support your delicate torso.
Postpartum recovery garments have proven to be great tools for moms taking care of a toddler and an infant since they keep mom feeling good about her and more importantly, reduce pain and strain on their torso.
Now that your family is growing you will experience a life full of joy, little rest of lots of cleanups. Let yourself live in the moment and enjoy everything that comes with these quick changes to your little brood.

How Do You Put On A Girdle?
Putting on a girdle isn't complicated, but if it's your first time, it does help to have some instructions, so you know how it should fit and feel.
All Bellefit garments are designed to fit tightly around the torso — so following these directions on how to put on a corset will help you wear your abdominal binder safely and comfortably.
Step-By-Step Guide To Wearing A Postpartum Girdle:
We recommend putting your Bellefit girdle on in the bedroom because it's easier to lie down on a bed to put it on properly.
Begin by sitting down.
Step into your girdle and pull the top part of the garment up to your hips.
Next, lie down on your back. Your back and abdomen will flatten when you do this.
From this position, pull your girdle up as high as it will go. Ideally, just beneath your bra line.
If you're wearing a Bellefit Dual Closure or Bellefit Corset, fasten the hooks while you're lying down.
If your girdle doesn't have hooks, pull the garment till the fabric is flush on your abdomen. It should sit beneath your bra line.
Now, stand up. If you purchased the Dual Closure or a Girdle with a Zipper, fasten the hooks under the zipper from your hips to your rips, then zip.
Next, you can insert a heavy flow pad to prevent leakage on the crotch flap.
To fasten the crotch flap, bend your knees and pull the flap forward.
Fasten the hooks of the flap to the row of hooks that is most comfortable on the girdle.
Gently pull the girdle up and adjust it so that it fits comfortably.
You should noticeably feel the medical-grade compression hug the torso, but it shouldn't be too tight that you can't breathe deeply.
Once your Bellefit compression garment is in place, you'll feel supported and more confident all day long.

How Long Do I Wear A Bellefit Girdle?
For the best results from your postpartum girdle, you should wear your garment immediately after delivery, with your doctor's approval, and continuously (24-hours) for at least a week.
Bellefit girdles are made from flexible and breathable compression fabrics, so it'll be comfortable to wear beneath your clothing and even throughout the night.
When you've gained most of your strength back after surgery, you don't need to wear your girdle around the clock. However, many women will wear their postpartum girdle like waist trainers to provide extra support during exercise or to smooth and tone the body for form-fitting outfits.
Does Bellefit Help Diastasis Recti?
Yes, a Bellefit girdle can help you with treating diastasis.
Diastasis can occur when the growing uterus pushes against the abdominal wall during pregnancy, causing the abdominal muscles to seperate at the midline. This gap reduces abdominal strength and causes lower back pain.
Abdominal strength training is the most effective, non-surgical method to treat diastasis. Wearing an abdominal binder after surgery stabilizes the weakened core so you can regain flexibility in your movement and feel supported through your exercises.
What Is The Best Postpartum Girdle?
The "best" postpartum girdle will depend entirely on you — which is why Bellefit offers such a wide range of styles and sizes to shop from.
Here are our tips for shopping for high-quality postpartum girdles:
Take your measurements at home and match them with the manufacturer's sizing chart.
Make sure the garment is made from a breathable and flexible material. You'll be wearing this garment a lot, and you want to feel comfortable in it.
Look for FDA-approved and doctor recommended devices. Girdles for the post-pregnancy body are so much more than slimming underwear or cosmetic waist trainers — they're designed specifically for the recovering woman's body.
Girdles with crotch openings are a good idea. After pregnancy, it's not uncommon to experience leakage. You'll want to access this area easily, and add heavy flow pads, if needed.
Look for garments with adjustable closures and straps. Your body is undergoing a lot of change, and you want your girdle to support you throughout your recovery.
At the end of the day, the best postpartum girdle will be the one you feel most confident in. It should feel like a second skin, support your core and lower back, and slim your silhouette.

Mom affected with Diastasis Recti avoids reparative surgery and recovers with the Bellefit Corset!
Flatter and Tighter Belly after a 75 Lb Pregnancy
“It wasn’t until my 4 week PP appointment that my OB pointed out that I had severe Diastasis. A 4″ separation in my abdomen. I just assumed that I still looked 6 months pregnant because I had given birth to an 11 Lb. baby and gained about 75 Lb. (thanks to developing Gestational Diabetes).
I was basically told that there wasn’t much that I could do to fix my bulging belly unless I was willing to undergo cosmetic surgery. I wasn’t convinced that surgery was the only answer, so I did a little (actually a LOT) of online research to educated myself on Diastasis Recti.
Many blogs later, it was suggested that the use of a medical grade girdle would yield results. Although I had already been using garments like Spanx, I realized they were not providing the support I needed to heal.
Desperate, I researched every Postpartum Girdle I could and read nearly every customer review determined to find the best! I found the Bellefit Girdle.
Nothing is more persuasive than real photos of real people and their stories.
The Bellefit website was also the only one that I found that even addressed Diastasis as a complication of pregnancy.
Convinced I had found the solution, I purchased the Bellefit Corset in a size small on the 21st of March 2012, 4 weeks after delivering via c-section.
Even though it was a little snug, it was comfortable. Based on the chart, I was in between a medium and small. So I decided to go with the small. I was optimistic that soon it would produce results.
I couldn’t be happier. Absolutely worth every penny! I wore it nearly every second of the day for almost 3 months. I would only take it off to wash. The security and support it offers are considerable!
As you can see from my photos I do not have a perfect, flawless belly, but it was important to me to look good and feel good about myself again. I am 5’3″_x009d_ tall, weigh 120 Lb. and was size 2 pre-pregnancy. At delivery I was 195 Lb, size HUGE and weighed about 175 Lbs at my 4 week Postpartum appointment. I still have a few pounds to lose, but at 127 Lb., I feel great and my belly is flatter and tighter than after baby #1.
Thank You Bellefit” ~ Candice B.

Fitness Blogger Caroline Berg Eriksen’s Baby Belly Backlash!
In recent new mom news, fitness blogger Caroline Berg Eriksen’s baby belly backlash has been on top.The first time mom and wife of soccer player Lars Kristian Eriksen posted a photo on her Instagram feed this week which shows her impressively fit figure. The photo is just 4 days after giving birth to her baby girl Nelia.Being that Caroline has an extensive following on her popular Norwegian blog, just minutes after posting the racy selfie photograph – a web phenomenon made the photo go viral. Thats when the backlash began. There has been a mix of foes and supporters. Some believe that Caroline is causing an unrealistic image for women in posting such a photo. Then there are those who believe she is a true inspiration. They believe she shouldn’t be vilified for being healthy and fit before, during and after her pregnancy.
The Bellefit Effect
As we have seen, Caroline Berg Eriksen’s post-pregnancy results are not common but possible!Women’s bodies are built to bounce back from pregnancy and childbirth. The reality is that it can be difficult for such postpartum body changes to happen quickly without help.
During pregnancy the body secretes hormones such as estrogen, progesterone and relaxin. They remain in the body after childbirth for approximately six months.
These hormones are our body’s way of loosening the abdominal muscles. They facilitate the stretching of the abdominal area by as much as 50%, while the baby grows.
They also act to loosen the pelvic structure, joints and ligaments to prepare for childbirth.
The beauty behind Bellefit ® medical-grade postpartum support garments is that they provide a greater stability for the body after delivery.
The compression garments work by drawing in stretched muscles to provide a 360° support structure around the torso. Reducing strain on ligaments and joints in the lower back, pelvis, and buttocks.
Reducing stress in these areas enhances your body’s ability to return to its pre-pregnancy alignment, shape and loosen the post baby tummy faster. As shifted and constrained organs return to their pre-pregnancy locations during the first few weeks after c-section or natural childbirth. Bellefit ® girdles hold you in place allowing for movement with greater confidence.
A Bellefit ® postpartum garment is an essential part of a comprehensive postpartum care and c-section recovery plan for both health and confidence.

I wanted to make sure that this was real" shares, Danielle."I've always been very athletic and being pregnant changed my body so much. During my first pregnancy, I heard about the postpartum belly band but someone convinced me that it wasn't worth it. So, I didn't get one then and I still regret taking their advice. I had Diastasis on my abdomen and I had issues with my body that I wish I didn't have."
"I know people say that Bellefit is expensive and that it’s a lot of money to fork out. But, if you save $10 every month of your pregnancy, you’ve got it paid for by the end of it. That’s how I justified it this time."
"The birth of my first daughter was horrible. I was in labor 12 and a half hours. The umbilical cord ripped, I was in a lot of pain and was put on bed rest for two weeks after she was born" she recalls.
"I needed help with everything, even after I was allowed to move around, I still needed help.
This time I went to the hospital with my Bellefit postpartum belly band packed in my bag to help me feel better after giving birth.
Thankfully, I had an easy labor with no complications. My Doctor cleared me to start wearing my Bellefit one day after my baby girl was born." said Danielle.
“The first time I put it on it was super tight, I wondered if I was going to be okay wearing it. Then, I noticed that every time I put it on it was easier to slip on. It was becoming looser, I knew that it meant that it was working!”
After this pregnancy, I decided to take progress pictures. I wanted to see the difference that the Bellefit postpartum belly band was making and to show my friends that it really did help me.
At the two week mark when I took my picture and looked at it, I was shocked. I posted it on Instagram and people couldn’t believe that I’d just had a baby! It was a very happy moment.
I’m not trying to sound vain. It’s just nice to go from looking like you’re pregnant —when you’re not— to looking like yourself again.” shares the happy mama.
Danielle recalls how the compression of her Bellefit postpartum belly band made everything easier for her.
“Bellefit created a pressure that relieved a pressure. It made things that normally would be hard after having a baby extremely easy, like getting up, coughing and holding my baby!”
Bellefit gave me the chance to actually keep up with my daughters and take on my duties as their mother. It helped me make sure that at 3 o’clock in the morning my newborn was getting fed and at 2 o’clock in the morning my 2 year old was getting up to go potty.I could actually do it!
I didn’t need my husband or my mother anymore, I didn’t need anybody here to help me because I could do it! It was great to be able to have that kind of independence so soon after.”
https://youtu.be/jr5tZOiu86k
In total, I wore my Bellefit postpartum belly band for about 3 and a half weeks when I noticed that it was no longer tight. It did exactly what I needed it to do, it helped me so much.”
So, I packed it away with my maternity clothes. Now it’s ready for the next time we have a baby.”
Postpartum recovery with Diastasis can be difficult. Danielle had a great level of support from the Bellefit postpartum belly band that almost completely closed the gap of her muscle separation. She even plays Rugby now!
“If I could describe my experience with Bellefit, it would be AWESOME.”
It was a huge confidence booster being able to wear my clothes again. It was nice to have people telling me that I didn’t look like I’d just had a baby.
That’s always a great thing for a woman to hear after she’s given birth.
“I would definitely recommend this product to anyone that would listen to me. It was an all around great experience.”
Feeling Lonely During Pregnancy
Pregnancy is an exciting time in a woman's life where you get to experience, first hand, the miracle of life. While there are plenty of exciting moments to share with your loved ones, sometimes you can't help but feel terrified, anxious, or lost — and that feeling is perfectly normal.
This dramatic lifestyle change, low energy levels, and rollercoaster of emotions can make it challenging to be yourself and connect with your loved ones, who may not fully understand what you're going through.
Feeling lonely during pregnancy isn't a topic that's commonly discussed, yet many pregnant women experience this. We'll breakdown the walls here and discuss some of the ways you can take care of your mental health to combat the feeling of isolation during pregnancy.

What Causes Loneliness During Pregnancy
Changes in hormones can cause a significant decrease in energy, affect your sleep quality, and send you through a rollercoaster of emotions. This cocktail of pregnancy hormones makes you more sensitive to stress and anxiety. Not to mention, you're swollen, sore, and exhausted all the time. It can be challenging to feel like your usual self when you're so uncomfortable.
A drastic lifestyle change can also make it challenging to be your normal self. Maternity leave, moving to a new city, and not being able to keep up with your friends' social gatherings can feel very isolating.
First-time moms are especially susceptible to feeling lonely during their pregnancy from a flaw in expectations. There's a lot more information now about mom's mental health after delivering their baby (baby blues and postpartum depression) but very little discussion about mom's mental health before the baby arrives.
Friends and family may keep their distance from you with good intentions, thinking you need the quiet and bed-rest, without realizing the impact this distance can have on your mental health. It's important to normalize these feelings and reach out to your support system.
If you don't deal with these feelings earlier on, they may intensify down the road.
Prenatal Depression
Sometimes this feeling of loneliness isn't from a lack of interacting with your social network, but rather, a symptom of a condition called prenatal depression — a strong precursor to postpartum depression.
It's not easy to detect the signs of prenatal depression because it resembles many typical symptoms of pregnancy. However, it's still important to recognize signs as prenatal depression can become a severe condition that may affect the development of your baby.
Here are common symptoms of prenatal depression:
Withdrawing from friends and family
Feeling of overwhelm and helplessness
Frequent crying
Anxiety
Insomnia
Poor fetal attachment
If you believe your feelings of loneliness during your pregnancy are related to or in combination with any of the above-listed symptoms, we highly urge you to reach out to your doctor to get the support your need.
Ways To Fight Loneliness While Pregnant
Have Your Loved Ones Visit
When you're in the last term of your pregnancy or are experiencing a complicated pregnancy, your outings are pretty much restricted to the doctor's office.
The most natural solution is to have your loved ones visit you in the comfort of your own home.
People can't read minds. Most of the time, people will think the best thing for you right now is time to yourself to prepare for the baby. Don't wait for others to reach out to you. Let them know you'd like to spend time with them and have them over if you need it.
Plan Dates With Your Partner
Understandably, preparing for the arrival of your baby isn't cheap. Many pregnant women feel the loneliness set in when they're on maternity leave, away from their regular routines, awhile their partner is working full-time.
A date doesn't need to be extravagant; you can make it as simple or as exciting as you can handle. The important thing is spending time together as a couple to appreciate each other's company and share some intimacy.

Meet With Local Moms Or Other Pregnant Women
One of the many benefits of living in the age of the Internet is the ability to find and connect with other like-minded people, and extend your community past your the circles you've grown up with or worked in.
There's a group for virtually all interests on Facebook Groups or Meetup. Sometimes the most therapeutic remedy to loneliness is to talk it out and support other women who are currently experiencing what you may be going through.
Find An Online Community
Sometimes meeting with a group face-to-face is challenging, especially if you don't drive, have a more introverted personality, or are bed-ridden — all of these factors can intensify the feelings of loneliness during your pregnancy.
Thanks to the digital age we live in, many cherished friendships can start on the web. The beautiful thing is that you can choose your level of participation in online groups, talk to someone one-on-one with private messages or ask for the group's opinion of a particular topic — all in the comfort of your home.
Immerse Yourself In Learning Something New
The days can seem long when you're at home on your own waiting for your baby to come to join you. It may be the perfect time to quench your thirst on a particular curiosity — like learning a new language, taking maternity fitness classes, or jump into those pottery class you've always wanted to do.
Taking on a new hobby relieves stress, which can help reduce physical pain and improve your mental health. Taking classes in a subject can also give you a new opportunity to meet other people with similar interests.

It's perfectly normal to have mixed feelings during your pregnancy. Your body is going through extreme changes, and you've entered an entirely new chapter in your life that some of your close friends, family, and even your partner may not relate to.
There are many reasons for feeling isolated and lonely during your pregnancy. It can come about as a response to the hormonal changes in your body or a lifestyle change — maternity leave, moving to a new city, or not able to keep up with your social activities pre-pregnancy.
Feeling of loneliness is also a symptom of prenatal depression, which should be addressed with your family doctor.
The best way to address feelings of loneliness during pregnancy is to tackle it head-on. Communicate with your loved ones, join mom groups online and in-person, pick up a new hobby, and plan dates with your partner.

Corsets that Promote Weight Loss After Pregnancy
We're sorry to break it to you, but no undergarment alone will magically shed your pregnancy weight for you — it doesn't matter if Jessica Alba is endorsing it. Unfortunately, it takes a whole lot more than fancy underwear to get your pre-baby body back.
A post-pregnancy corset won't magically burn fat, but it does provide benefits that can help you shed weight quickly.
How can a waist trainer help you lose that baby weight?
There are a number of factors that play into pregnancy weight gain. We'll get into the ways waist training with a postpartum corset can help you get your body back faster and give you tips for corset shopping.

Why Do You Experience Weight Gain During Pregnancy?
To successfully lose weight after giving birth, it's helpful to understand where the weight comes from, and why you need it — the extra pounds don't come from the growing baby alone.
It's normal for a healthy woman to gain between 25 – 35 lbs by the last trimester, but where does all this weight go?
While changes to your body size may occur in the early stages of pregnancy, you're likely to gain more weight during the last couple of months of pregnancy. Most of those extra pounds are from water retention, which is needed to grow your baby. For example, you can carry up to 2 lbs of amniotic fluid and another 4 lbs in blood to nourish the developing fetus through the placenta — which can weigh another 1.5 lbs.
You also have hormones running through your blood that increases those pesky cravings that can cause you to over-eat and store extra calories as fat.
Those are the most common reasons why women gain weight, so where do waist trainers come in to help?
Medical-grade compression from postpartum corsets speeds the drainage of excess fluids and also helps stabilize your abdominal and back muscles, so you can confidently get back to exercising.
What To Look For In A Postpartum Corset
To get the most out of postpartum compression garments, you need the right equipment. Look for corsets specifically designed for the post-pregnancy body. These may cost more than women's cosmetic, shape-wear underwear, but it will provide you with the right binding compression needed to start losing those excess pounds in no time.
Here Are Some Corset Shopping Tips:
Make sure its made with comfortable, breathable materials — for best results, you'll be wearing the corset around the clock in the first two weeks after delivery to get rid of excess fluids.
Look for adjustable hooks and straps — as your body changes, you'll need to adjust the tension of compression.
Only shop for FDA registered medical devices — these will offer the highest level of safe compression recommended by health professionals.
The garment should accommodate heavy flow pads — full-coverage girdles with accessible crotch flaps are ideal.
If you've had a c-section delivery, look for waist trainers with extra padding to protect the incision.
Bellefit has the widest range of waist trainers and corsets for postpartum recovery in sizes XS – 4XL — but before we get into how to chose the right style for you, we'll get into ways waist training will help you lose that stubborn baby weight quickly.
How A Corset Promotes Weight Loss
Compression To Speed The Fluid Expulsion
Jessica Alba was reported to wear a corset immediately after delivery, day and night, to get her pre-baby body back after her two pregnancies.
Luckily, your body is designed to self-regulate and bounce-back — although it may not be as instantaneous as we'd like. To get rid of excess fluids, you may experience intense sweating in the first three days after delivery and frequent urination.
By compressing the midsection, the excess fluid becomes available for transport through the blood into the kidneys, where it's filtered before you urinate.
Wearing a weight loss corset after childbirth, however, can speed the loss of this excess water.
Pushes Organs To Pre-Pregnancy Position
The uterus normally only weighs a few ounces, but it can weigh up to 2 lbs and reach almost as high as your rib-cage as it accommodates your growing baby. Wearing a corset after birth, will squeeze your uterus to its pre-pregnancy size and safely nudge the abdominal organs into its pre-baby spot.
Helps Treat Diastasis Recti
Diastasis recti is a common condition in pregnant women, where the connective tissues holding the six-pack muscles together separate at the midline to accommodate the stretching uterus.
This is normal, but in especially severe cases, diastasis can cause painful hernias and the loose muscles and skin can create the appearance of an extra flabby belly.
The best non-surgical treatment for diastasis recti is through strengthening the core muscles with exercise. An abdominal binder is a mom's best friend after childbirth for this reason. It supports the lower back and core, so you can regain mobility in ever day movements as you regain the strength in your core.
Swelling that occurs after giving birth.
Women with diastasis recti can find relief and support using a corset or comparable compression garment.
Provides Extra Support For Workouts
After you've lost most of that water weight in the first few weeks after delivery, you're likely stuck with the stubborn fat from the hormonal excess eating.
The best way to shed those extra pounds is through a healthy balanced diet and an exercise program — You can bet Jessica Alba didn't get that body back without this. Without any complications, you should be able to get back to exercising six weeks after giving birth or eight weeks after a c-section.
Wearing a corset during your workouts will make you feel more confident in your exercises because it protects your lower back and stabilizes your abdominal muscles — a strong core is the foundation of most movements.
Before you jump into your regular workouts, get the green light from your doctor.
Bonus: Helps You Fit Into Your Clothes Better
As we've mentioned earlier, no underwear will magically shed fat for you, but it may help boost your confidence as your work towards your goals.
As a bonus to all the compression health benefits we've listed, high-quality women's girdles are sleek and comfortable to wear under clothes. It smoothes your curves, slims the waist line, and can flatten the appearance your belly for a more confident fit in your pre-pregnancy clothes.
