There’s a chance your order confirmation didn’t land in your primary inbox.


If you haven’t received your order confirmation email yet, be sure to check your Spam folder.

HOW DO I ACCESS MY BELLEFIT ACCOUNT?

If you need to access your account, update your shipping or billing address, change your email address or phone number in your Bellefit account, visit My Account.

HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include a unique Tracking Number to track the status of your order.

If you have not received a shipping confirmation email from Bellefit this means that your order is still being processed and has not yet been shipped.


Once you've received your tracking number, you can find tracking updates at USPS Tracking or FedEx Tracking.

HOW CAN I UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Need to make changes to an order you just placed? Contact us right away, and we’ll take care of it for you.


If your order is already processed and shipped, we suggest waiting to receive it and try the garment out first, and if for any reason it doesn’t measure up, initiate a Return/Exchange Request.
