These shorts are great! I use them for running and they provide thigh compression which has helped me with my sore muscles while I run. Perfect length on the thigh and I LOVE the pockets, they are deep and tight. I put my phone in the side pocket while I run and have no fear of it falling out. Very supportive for my lower tummy area and back which is great. After two kids, holding them, running around and playing with them - this support is just what I need.
