Returns are Easy
30-Day Return Policy
- You can return your purchase up to 30 days from the purchase date.
- You will be provided with a Bellefit Packing Slip to include inside your package.
- You choose your shipping method (we recommend using a service that offers tracking to ensure we receive your return).
- Once your return is received and inspected by Bellefit, you will receive an email with an update regarding your request.
- If you are due a refund, it will be processed after the return process is completed. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 10 – 14 business days from the date your package arrives at our warehouse.
- You will receive email tracking updates throughout the return process.
- Only items that were directly purchased from Bellefit.com can be accepted.
- If the product you are returning was a gift, we will refund the original purchaser.
- Shipping cannot be refunded.
- We can only accept returns for unused/unworn items.
- Items returned worn or damaged will be not qualify for a return/exchange and will be shipped back to you at your expense.
Please note that we can only accept returns and exchanges for items that match the following conditions:
- Hang tags Attached
- No Stains
- No Stretches
- No Rips/Tears
We recommend wearing underwear and/or thin leggings when trying on your girdle to avoid damaging the garment which will facilitate your return or exchange.
- Login to your Bellefit.com Account & go to “My Orders”
- Find your order and request a Return/Exchange.
- Bellefit will reply within 24 – 48 hours with instructions regarding your request.
Don’t Have a Bellefit.com Account? No worries, create an account using the same email you used to place your order to create your request.
Missing Package Policy:
If you experience problems with the delivery of your order, contact Bellefit Customer Service immediately for assistance.

- Missing packages must be reported within 3 calendar days after package is marked “delivered” by the carrier.
- Bellefit will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
- There will be no refunds issued on missing packages.
