I am an international customer, how do I initiate a return/exchange request?

 

If your order was shipped to an international address and would like to return your purchase, please follow the steps below.

STEP 1:
Pack your return item(s) in sturdy packaging! Include a copy of the original packing slip in the box so that we can easily locate your order information.

STEP 2:
Mail your return package at:

STEP 3:
Be sure to keep the tracking information for your return package so you can see when it delivers to us.
Once delivered, you will be refunded to your original form of payment within 30 calendar days. The shipping and handling costs will not be refunded.

EXCHANGES:
We are unable to process exchanges at this time. If another size or style is needed, we recommend you to reorder.

· Any merchandise returned used, worn, modified, altered, perfumed, stained, damaged and/or washed will not pass Bellefit’s inspection process, will not be approved for refund and will be returned to the original purchaser at your expense. No exceptions.

· Some items are FINAL SALE, so before mailing back your return, please confirm your order is returnable. If you have questions about which items are returnable, read What items are non-returnable? or CONTACT US for assistance.

· Returned FINAL SALE items will not be refunded.
